GDPR – It’s time for planning!

The private sphere will be particularly protected by the directly applicable EU Regulation Nr. 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). Complex legal and information technology measures are required, which cannot be started early enough, in order to prepare for the new European data protection regime.
